Providing spectrum management support for domestic and international coordination and certification of spectrum availability for launch and orbiting missions.
Analyze the potential interference from U.S. federal commercial and foreign satellites based on orbital positions.
Perform analysis on Satellite Coordination applications.
Familiar and experienced with the Spectrum Planning Subcommittee (SPS) function. Maintain a continuing appraisal of the current and future needs of the various radio services and make recommendations to the IRAC
Provide direct support and SME to the Government by assisting in identifying and planning the spectrum needs.

The candidate will be responsible for tracking, assessing, and reporting any RF spectrum
regulatory actions related to Federal agencies (NOAA, DoD, DoC, NASA)

Participate and establish technical rules and procedures for spectrum sharing & spectrum

Demonstrated ability to perform complex engineering analysis
Ability to use RF engineering tools (e.g., Visualyse) , Spectrum X1 and MATLAB
Experience with RF Certification/ ITU/IRACNET.
Possess excellent written & communications skills in English
Required Qualifications
B.S or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of 3-10 years’ experience in satellite & cellular telecommunications’ industry.
US Citizen
Primary work environment is remote; however, domestic and/or international travel may be

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
